We are seeking dependable and professional Caregivers who take pride in their work and understand the importance of maintaining a controlled, respectful, and service-driven environment. This role is best suited for individuals who are disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of operating within an established system where expectations are clear and consistently enforced.

Key Responsibilities

Caregivers are responsible for maintaining the daily stability, safety, and overall well-being of residents while upholding the operational standards of the home. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe living environment at all times
• Preparing meals and assisting residents with eating as needed
• Monitoring resident condition and promptly reporting any changes or concerns
• Accurately documenting daily care activities, incidents, and observations
• Following all established policies, procedures, and management direction without deviation
• Maintaining professional communication with residents, staff, and leadership
• Safely transporting residents to appointments, errands, and approved outings when required

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following standards to be considered:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for resident transport)
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and accountability
• Ability to follow structured procedures and instructions precisely

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are strongly valued:

• Prior caregiving, healthcare, or residential care experience
• CNA certification
• CPR / First Aid certification
