We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide essential support and assistance to our residents. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for caregiving, with experience in nurturing, supervising, and promoting well-being.

We are currently looking for full time Support Professionals to help assist our residents and team members. These positions usually provide support to our residents based on their individual goals, which always include making sure their physical, mental, emotional, and social needs are met. As a Support Professional you will have the opportunity to serve individuals with chronic mental health conditions. The primary role while working with individuals is to provide individualized support so residents can grow and expand their skills and confidence and live as independently as possible. Our staff do this in a variety of ways, such as supporting clients with activities of daily living, health and safety skills, communication skills, relationship skills, and social skills.

Some job duties will include

1. Assisting with laundry

2. Meal preparation

3. Medication administration

4. Spending the majority of your shift interacting with the resident

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school graduate or GED
• Clean driving record
• Able to successfully pass a criminal background check

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
