Caregiver

Location: Napa, Sacrament, Vacaville / Fairfield, CA (and surrounding areas)

Job Summary

We are looking for a kind, reliable, and responsible Caregiver / Home Care Aide to assist elderly clients with daily living activities and provide companionship. The ideal candidate is patient, caring, and committed to improving the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Remind clients to take medications (no administering unless certified)
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Monitor and report any changes in condition to the supervisor

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (but not required)
• CNA, HHA, or Medical Assistant certification is a plus
• CPR / First Aid certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Good communication skills
• Ability to pass background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
