Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our residents during overnight hours, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with nighttime routines, including personal care and mobility support
• Monitor residents throughout the night and respond promptly to needs or emergencies
• Support medication reminders or administration as directed by licensed staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and overnight observations
• Help maintain a calm, clean, and safe environment
• Provide compassionate companionship and reassurance to residents

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Strong communication and observation skills
• LNA or related certification is a plus
