Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to our seniors over the age of 62. In this vital role, you will foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes, socially, and physically while ensuring their daily needs are met with kindness and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to 15 seniors ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing and medication administration
• Maintain a clean and organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards
• Communicate regularly with staff management re: any changes in resident

Requirements

• Prior experience working with the elderly in nursing homes or hospital setting
• Certification in first aid, CPR and Medication Technician a plus but not required
• Understanding of behavior management techniques dealing with residents that have dementia
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
