Caregiver

**Job Title:** Personal Assistant **Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caregiving, direct support, and working with people with autism. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the well-being of those under your care. **Duties:** - Provide personalized care and support to individuals, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). - Implement behavior management techniques to support individuals with diverse needs. - Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall quality of life. - Assist with hospice care, childcare, dementia care, and other specialized services as required. - Drive individuals to appointments, outings, and other engagements as needed. **Experience:** - Proven experience in caregiving and direct support roles. - Familiarity with working with individuals with autism and implementing care plans. - Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies. - Experience in providing hospice care, childcare, or dementia care is a plus. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
