Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for caring for others and possess the skills necessary to support individuals with diverse needs. This role involves providing high-quality personal care, engaging with clients of all ages, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming to promote comfort and independence.
• Provide specialized care for infants, toddlers, children, and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Support early childhood development through engaging activities, teaching basic skills, and behavior management strategies.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions in accordance with care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and ensuring proper sanitation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients of all ages, fostering positive relationships.
• Follow all safety protocols, including first aid procedures, to respond effectively in emergencies.

Skills

• Proven experience in caregiving roles with knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques.
• Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities and providing inclusive care.
• Certification or training in first aid is highly desirable.
• Experience in childcare settings such as daycare or preschool environments is advantageous.
• Strong teaching abilities to support early childhood education initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED (Required)

· Active Driver’s License/Auto Insurance

· Reliable Transportation (Required)

· Experience in caregiving (1 Year Preferred)
