Duties

• Provide attentive care to children, infants, and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, diapering, and dressing for young children
• Support early childhood development through educational activities, playtime, and behavior management techniques
• Implement age-appropriate teaching strategies to promote childhood development and learning
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns
• Collaborate with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to safety standards and promotes positive behavior

Qualifications

• Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings is highly preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones
• Certifications in first aid and CPR are a strong plus
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is advantageous
• Strong communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members
• Ability to manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement techniques
• Passion for nurturing growth and fostering a safe, supportive environment for children of all ages
