At Efficient Supports Inc, we specialize in delivering high-quality personal care services to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. Our goal is to provide compassionate, respectful, and reliable care that allows our clients to live independently in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Whether it's due to aging, a chronic condition, or recovery from an illness or surgery, we understand that each individual has unique needs and preferences.

Our trained caregivers assist with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal preparation. We strive to ensure that each individual receives the care they need to improve their quality of life, while also giving peace of mind to their families.

Responsibilities
- Provide caregiving support to individuals in need, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Utilize first aid skills when necessary and ensure a safe and clean environment for the individuals under care.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences, incorporating cooking skills as needed.

Qualifications
- Core skills in caregiving such as member care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Premium skills including first aid certification, experience in assisted living facilities, and proficiency in cooking nutritious meals
- Relevant skills in long-term care and social work, demonstrating a holistic approach to caregiving
- Experience in home care, cleaning, and working in member homes

Job Type: Contract

• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

• Flexible hours

Ability to Relocate:

• Middle Tennessee (Preferred)
