Caregiver

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to work effectively with individuals with varying needs, including those with memory care challenges and disabilities. CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.
• Assist clients with mobility and transportation as needed, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Experience

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred at least one year experience.
• Familiarity with memory care practices and assisted living environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued.
• Certification in CPR is a plus, demonstrating commitment to client safety and well-being.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
