Duties

• Provide attentive care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing for infants and toddlers
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development, learning, and social skills
• Support behavioral management strategies to encourage positive behavior and emotional regulation
• Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate progress, concerns, and daily updates effectively
• Implement early childhood education techniques to foster curiosity and learning through play and teaching activities
• Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies
• Experience caring for infants as well as toddlers with a focus on age-specific needs
• Strong skills in behavior management and creating nurturing environments
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in dynamic settings
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members
