Job Summary:

As a caregiver, you will work in a small, family-focused home, allowing you to connect with residents on a

personal level and provide meaningful, individualized care every day. Our team is the heart of what we do, and

we value respect, teamwork, and growth.

Essential Functions:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities
• Providing personal care and hygiene support
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Administering or reminding clients to take medications
• Monitoring client health and behavior changes
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with mobility and transportation
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Documenting care provided and reporting concerns
• Following care plans and company policies
• Supporting clients with independence and community activities
• Providing direct support to individuals with behavioral challenges.

Requirements:

• Must be able to meet the post-offer requirements (i.e., Wisconsin Caregiver Background check and medical screenings).

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
