Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individual to join our care team. This role involves providing light assistance to clients from various walks of life, including both independent and non-independent individuals focusing on companion care and supporting daily living needs in a respectful and dignified manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with light daily tasks and activities while promoting independence
• Carry out delegated tasks from our clinical team, ensuring proper care and compliance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for all residents
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families
• Uphold our commitment to family-centered, resident-focused care
• Provides high quality care for Assisted Living Residents with various dependent needs
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living such as: grooming, bathing, oral cares, dressing, transferring, etc...
• Provide medication administration to residents as aligned in care plan
• Honors and protects resident rights
• Has attention to facility safety, upkeep and cleanliness
• Leads with compassion, kindness and teamwork
• Coordinates residents' needs with the nursing team
• Monitor and document residents' health, behavior, and safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift, move, or assist residents with mobility.
• Must pass a background check and have no felony convictions

• Evening shift
• Overnight shift
• AM shift
• Rotating weekends
