Job Title: Caregiver / Resident Assistant / CNA (Full-Time & Part-Time – All Shifts)

Location: Newhaven Court at Clearview – Butler, PA

Pay: $16.70 – $18.70 / hour (depends on shift & certification)

Competitive Pay Rates

• 1st & 2nd Shift Base Pay: $16.70 / hour

• 3rd Shift Base Pay: $17.70 / hour (Includes shift differential!)

• CNA Differential: +$1.00 / hour for certified nursing assistants (Earn up to $18.70/hr!)

Available Shifts & Hours

We are hiring for Full-Time (FT) and Part-Time (PT) across all shifts:

• 1st Shift (Day): 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM OR 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 2nd Shift (Evening): 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM OR 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 3rd Shift (Night): 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM OR 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).

• Build meaningful, heartwarming relationships with our residents.

• Support independence while ensuring a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment.

• Collaborate with nurses, med techs, and team members to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

• CNA certification preferred (for differential rate), but un-certified caregivers are fully welcome to apply—we will train!

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate heart.

• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screenings.
