Caregiver CNA and/or Med Tech - Assisted Living (Overnight Shift offered Premium Pay)

Overview
Hiring for all shifts. PREMIUM PAY FOR OVERNIGHT SHIFT (awake pay). We are seeking dedicated and compassionate CNA Caregivers and Med Techs to join our Assisted Living team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality resident care, assisting with medication administration, and assisting residents with their activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, etc. This position requires the ability to work effectively with residents, including those with aging related symptoms and dementia.

Responsibilities

- Provide direct resident care, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Support residents with dementia, employing appropriate techniques to enhance their comfort and well-being.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals while ensuring resident safety (Med techs candidates).
- Utilize electronic health record systems for accurate documentation and communication of resident information.

Requirements
- Must have CNA certification or Med Tech certification in MD

- Able to work every other weekend.

-Overnight shifts available if interested. (Premium pay provided).
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and experience working with individuals who have cognitive impairment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
