Caregiver Needed – Elmwood Area

Community Connection Programs, Inc. is seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers for in-home care positions in the Elmwood area.

Caregivers will provide assistance with daily living activities and personal care while helping clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes.

This position is ideal for someone who is patient, attentive, reliable, and comfortable providing hands-on personal care in a home setting. Caregivers work closely together as a team to provide consistent, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

• Feeding assistance

• Wheelchair assistance and transfers

• Incontinence/pull-up care

• Meal preparation and cooking

• Laundry and light housekeeping

• Medication administration support (training provided)

• Companionship and assistance with community activities as appropriate

Available Shifts

Day Shift

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Every other weekend: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 52 Hours per week

Overnight Shift

• Thursday & Friday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Every other weekend: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• 28 Hours per week

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation

• Dependable attendance

• Ability to safely assist with transfers and mobility

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
