Spectrum Residential Habilitation - Float Caregiver Part Time | Idaho Falls, ID

Shifts that come available for coverage:

• Weekday Day Shift: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Weekday Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Weekday Grave Shift: Monday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Weekend Day Shift: Friday - Sunday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Weekend Grave Shift: Friday - Sunday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• In-home and community-based services

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living and independence goals
• Implement individual support plans
• Provide transportation and community support
• Document services and collect data
• Ensure participant safety
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Idaho driver’s license, vehicle insurance, reliable vehicle & safe driving record
• Ability to assist with lifting and daily living tasks
• CPR/First Aid & Medication Assistance (certification provided if needed)
• Free from communicable diseases

Preferred:

• 1+ year caregiving or developmental disabilities experience

Pay & Benefits

Quarterly Bonus: $1/hour for permanent shifts

(Approx. $420–$470 per quarter)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Residential Habilitation/Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Assistance with Medications Certification (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Required)
• Vehicle Insurance (Required)
