Caregiver for Child - Autism/Non Verbal

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and playful individual to provide companionship and light assistance for a child after school. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and enjoys engaging with children in a fun and supportive way. Pay up to $18.00

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and supervision after school
• Assist with feeding and mealtime support
• Encourage and assist with walking and light mobility activities
• Engage in playful, age-appropriate activities (games, conversation, creative play)
• Ensure the child’s safety and comfort at all times
• Provide gentle encouragement and positive reinforcement

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children preferred
• Patient, kind, and dependable personality
• Energetic and playful attitude
• Ability to assist with light physical support (walking assistance)
• Reliable transportation
• Background check required
• Must be at least 18 years old

Schedule:

• Part-time
• After school hours (specific times to be discussed)
• Occasional weekend availability may be requested
