Caregiver for Two Young Siblings Needed ASAP

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (Full-time)
Service Location: Family home in Coolidge, AZ 85128 (near N Christensen Rd & E Martin Rd)
Start Date: Immediate start available upon background clearance and completion of all required training and Hiring/Employment steps

Who You’ll Be Working With

You’ll be supporting two sisters (ages 2 and 3) at the same time and location. You will be the only paid caregiver on shift, and both parents are typically nearby.

Job Description / What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll provide safe, caring, hands-on support to two toddlers in their home and follow established routines and support strategies.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Providing constant supervision and a safe environment for two young children
• Following the family’s established routines and protocols (reviewed with you using each child’s “All About Me” binder)
• Supporting communication using basic signs, PECS/visual supports, and augmentative communication tools (children have emerging speech and are considered non-verbal)
• Assisting with diapering and potty-training routines
• Supporting play-based learning, engagement, and age-appropriate activities
• Helping with meals/snacks while following food/medication allergy precautions (knowledge of an epinephrine auto-injector is a plus)
• Completing light daily documentation (food intake, toileting, and related notes—parents will train you on the format)

Outings (optional and as appropriate):

• Walks and outings such as the park may be part of the day
• Both children are an elopement risk due to age and limited safety/stranger-danger skills, so strong safety awareness is required
• Driving is optional; if driving, you must have a valid driver’s license and insurance (car seats are provided)

Helpful skills (beneficial but not required):

• ABA skills / familiarity with positive behavior support strategies

Home Environment

Non-smoking, pet-free home; no other siblings in the home; fenced yard; no pool.

Minimum Requirements

• 18 years of age or older by start of employment
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Article 9 training (available through Circles of Hope after hire)
• CPR & First Aid (Adult/Infant/Child) (available through Circles of Hope after hire)
