Griswold Home Care for Howard County, Maryland, is looking to hire a capable and flexible part-time experienced Caregiver to provide personal care, companionship, and homemaking to older adults in the Frederick County area.

Immediate Openings in Frederick County:

Myersville – Individual Client Care

We have an exceptional opportunity for caregivers seeking consistent, long-term hours in the Myersville area. With 100+ hours of care available weekly, qualified caregivers can expect a stable schedule and meaningful work with established clients.

Location: Myersville, Frederick County
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, Day Shifts
Position Type: Individual Client Care
Consistent hours with long-term placement potential

Serving Myersville, Middletown, Boonsboro, Hagerstown, and surrounding Frederick County communities.

Finksburg – Couples Care Position

Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Schedule: 4+ hours, 3 days per week including 1 Saturday
2+ years of caregiving experience required
Long-term placement with established clients

Job Responsibilities:

ADLs (Toileting, Bathing, Grooming, etc.)
Light housekeeping
Preparing meals
Grocery shopping
Transportation to and from appointments
Dementia care

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
CPR Certification (required)
2+ years of caregiving experience required
CNA or home care experience preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely without assistance
Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
Valid car insurance and registration
Willingness to travel within Frederick County and surrounding areas
Must pass criminal background check
