? The Role

Full-time caregiver supporting older adults in their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care

• Mobility assistance & transfers

• Meal preparation

• Medication reminders

• Companionship

• Light housekeeping

• Communication with the office team

This role requires flexibility, emotional resilience, and professionalism.

✅ Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable vehicle & insurance

• Ability to pass background screening

• Clear, professional communication

• Willingness to uphold Firefly standards

CNA/HHA experience is welcome, but not required for the right candidate.
