We are looking for serious, Hardworking, Reliable, Compassionate and Dedicated, Caregivers, to provide essential care and assistance to our clients in various settings, including nursing homes, independent living, assisted living and home care environments. Caregivers must possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role requires a blend of patience, empathy and skills to ensure the well-being of those in your care. $15.00 - $22.00/Hr.

Qualifications - Caregivers are expected to:

• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADL's) including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.
• Meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and any changes in health status.
• Assist with and ensure safe ambulation and transferring.
• Provide companionship to clients to promote mental well-being.
• Engage the clients.
• Medication Reminders.
• Light Housekeeping.
• Support clients with dementia related behaviors, sometimes difficult during daily engagement.
• Document Care Provided to keep families in the know.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality and privacy.
• Dress in Scrubs at all shifts (non-negotiable).
• Stay off your phones during shifts (non-negotiable).

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE a minimum 6-months experience in employment related senior care or related field.
• MUST be able to provide Male and Female Sensitive Personal Hygiene Care
• Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently when assisting clients.
• A compassionate attitude towards providing care for individuals in need is crucial.
• Must have Reliable transportation.
• Background Check Required

• 1-3 Hour Short Shifts
• 4+ Hour Shifts
• 8 Hour Shifts
• 12 Hour Shifts
• 12 Hour Overnight Shifts
• Weekdays
• Weekends
