Caregiver / Home Health Aide – $20/hr

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | 1-on-1 Home Care

No experience required — paid training provided. Health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and referral bonuses available.

Work one-on-one with a client in their home — not a facility.

We provide one-on-one in-home care for individuals with spinal cord injuries, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently. This is a caregiver home care role focused on consistency, routine, and meaningful support.

Available Shifts

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Prepare meals and snacks

• Provide companionship and engagement

• Transport clients to appointments or activities

• Monitor and report changes in condition

• Assist with basic healthcare tasks such as vital signs or medication reminders

Requirements

• Experience preferred but not required

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional

• Strong communication skills

• Valid driver’s license required

This is a one-on-one caregiver home care position where you work with one client at a time in a home setting, not a nursing home or facility.
