Job Summary:

As a Caregiver, you'll be a vital part of our team, supporting clients in their daily activities and rehabilitation journeys. Working under the guidance of licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, you'll provide both personal care and rehabilitation assistance. Our experienced management team, composed of operations professionals and licensed clinicians, will provide you with the support and resources needed to excel in your role.

Responsibilities:

• Mobility & Rehabilitation Support: Assist clients with ambulation, safe transfers, positioning, and prescribed therapy exercises.
• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene needs.
• Meal Preparation & Housekeeping: Plan and prepare nutritious meals, considering dietary needs, and perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Companionship & Emotional Support: Offer companionship and emotional support and create a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Transportation: Provide safe transportation to appointments and social engagements as needed.
• Reporting & Documentation: Accurately document client progress and daily activities and report any changes in client condition or unusual incidents.
• Emergency Response: Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies, utilizing first aid and CPR knowledge.

• Ability to adhere to health and safety standards, including PPE protocols.
• Physical stamina to assist with mobility and transfers.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Current car insurance.
• Previous experience in senior caregiving or rehabilitation field (preferred).
• CNA or related certification (preferred).
