What this role looks like:

  Supporting clients in their homes throughout Anne Arundel County

  
  


• 
  

  Providing personal care, companionship, and help with daily routines

  Traveling locally to client homes for visits lasting 4-12 hours

  Building trust and consistency through reliable, compassionate care

  
  

What we look for:

• 
  

  CNA/GNA certification or comparable caregiving experience

  
  


• 
  

  A genuine passion for helping others, with empathy, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills

  CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Negative TB test

  Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
