The Ponderosa Estate is a boutique luxury assisted living home in Eagle, Idaho, offering personalized, high-quality care in a warm, home-like environment. We're a small, close-knit team that takes pride in genuinely knowing and serving our residents. We have high standards for who joins our team, and we're looking for caregivers who take their craft seriously. Med-Tech certified candidates are strongly preferred.

The Opportunity

We're hiring Caregivers across all shifts — days, evenings, and overnights. This is not a high-volume facility. You'll know your residents by name, work alongside a tight-knit team, and be part of something being built the right way from the ground up.

Pay

• $19.00/hr to start
• $20.00/hr for Med-Tech certified caregivers

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Administer medications per resident care plans (Med-Techs)
• Monitor and document resident health and behavior changes
• Communicate with the care team, nurses, and families
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment
• Treat every resident with dignity, patience, and genuine warmth

What We're Looking For

• Prior caregiving experience required
• Med-Tech certification strongly preferred; exceptional candidates without it will be considered
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependable, team-oriented, and emotionally mature
• Comfortable with hands-on personal care, including two-person assists

Shifts Available

• Day | Evening | Overnight
• Full-time and part-time positions
