Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Caregiver/CNA to join our team in Cookeville, TN. As a Caregiver/CNA, you will be responsible for providing non-medical in-home services to our clients, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients

• Assist with light housekeeping, including sweeping, mopping, and laundry

• Help with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning up after meals

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the restroom

• Accompany clients on errands, such as grocery shopping or banking

• Provide medication reminders and other health-related tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience as a caregiver

• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)

• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints

• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

• Respectful and compassionate attitude

• Good time management skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
