Caregiver (Part-Time)

Location: Elgin, IL

Job Type: Part-time (18 hours per week)

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and professional Female Home Care Aide to provide essential daily assistance for a female client residing in Elgin. This role is focused on helping a client who lives alone maintain her independence through consistent, high-quality support and household management.

Schedule:

• Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Weekly Hours: 18 hours per week (Based on a 75-hour monthly authorization)

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Living Support: Provide "stand-by assist" with mobility to ensure safety and stability throughout the home.
• Household Management: Assist with routine laundry and general housecleaning to maintain a comfortable living environment.
• Errands: Help with essential errands and grocery shopping.
• Companionship: Provide supportive interaction and assistance to a client living independently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home care or a similar caregiving role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with the client's visiting support team.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
