Caregiver - Private Duty

Innovative Home Services (IHS) at Freedom Village at Brandywine is a private duty home care. We are currently seeking EXTRORDINARY, compassionate, motivated, and energetic Companions/Caregivers/Homemakers to join our team. As an IHS Companion, you will provide light housekeeping and companion services, one on one, all while working our beautiful, upscale campus. We provide individual private duty supportive care that is personalized to the needs of our residents here in our community 7 days a week. Previous companion experience is preferred. Innovative Home Services offers the opportunity to have a flexible schedule depending on your availability up to 20+ hours a week. Job duties can include:

• Personal care assistance such as showers, dressing, grooming
• Shopping and errands
• Companionship
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping such as laundry
• Assistance with going to medical appointments.

Qualifications:

• Current HHA certificate Current CPR certification.
• Previous HHA experience great but not required.
• Has the ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided.
• Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Is kind, reliable, and compassionate.
