Cornerstone Court is a 40 bed, privately owned facility. We are looking for a long term part time evening shift supervisor with a proven track record for dependability and consistency.
The supervisor must be a licensed CNA or HCA, have nurse delegation certification as well as nurse delegation with Diabetes certification, mental health and dementia certifications, CPR / First Aid certification (within 30 days of hire) and have a valid food handler's permit.

SUPERVISOR SCHEDULE-
Fridays-Monday (acting as supervisor/med tech) 2pm-10pm
Tuesday 2pm-10pm ( acting as caregiver)

40 hours a week with Wednesdays and Thursdays off

Duties to include:

• Administer medications
• Monitor residents for medication reactions
• Supervise care staff to ensure safety of residents and cares being completed properly
• Provide constructive feedback to staff via verbal / written consultations and escalate issues to management when these approaches are not effective
• Ensure that all tasks assigned to evening shift staff are completed to standard and expectation
• Assist staff with safety checks and changes, answer call bells and alarms
• Assist with cleaning, laundry, and stocking tasks as needed
• May be required to cover a unit when needed- to include providing all needed cares for residents on unit
• Provide break coverage to staff

Job Type: FULL TIME
Pay: $21.75 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
