With multiple locations across the Rio Grande Valley, our mission is to create fun, safe, and enriching environments for children while supporting families in their childcare needs.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Caregiver to support daily operations across classrooms, kitchen, and after-school transportation. This role is vital to maintaining smooth transitions, safe pickups, and nutritional routines throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing, responsive care to children of varying ages across different classrooms.
• Assist with kitchen duties such as setting up meals, cleaning, and food distribution.
• Support safe and timely pick-up of after-school children, ensuring all transportation policies are followed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment at all times.
• Help with classroom routines, including feeding, diapering, toilet training, and nap supervision.
• Communicate effectively with staff and families.
• Uphold compliance with Texas Child Care Licensing Minimum Standards.
• Participate in required training and professional development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
• Must pass a criminal background check (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required for transportation duties)
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed child care center (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage with children on the floor and playground
• Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
