Caregiver to Assist Client in the Morning (2Hours) West Roxbury

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Westwood in West Roxbury, MA. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Prepare meals and snacks according to client needs and preferences
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks
• Engage in conversation and social activities with clients to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (training provided)
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
