Caregiver Trainer & Instructor

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Caregiver Trainer & Instructor with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in healthcare training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering structured caregiver training programs, ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare standards, and preparing trainees for safe and competent patient care in home care and clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training sessions for caregiver programs.
• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and competency assessments.
• Train caregivers in patient care, elderly care, infection control, hygiene, mobility assistance, and basic life support.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and supervise clinical skills practice.
• Evaluate trainee performance and maintain accurate training records.
• Ensure training programs align with DHA / UAE healthcare guidelines.
• Prepare trainees for certification assessments and workplace readiness.
• Participate in curriculum improvement and quality assurance processes.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a caregiver trainer or healthcare instructor.
• Background in Nursing, Healthcare, or Allied Health (RN preferred).
• Strong knowledge of elderly care, home care practices, and infection control standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct both theoretical and hands-on practical sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

• DHA License or Eligibility (for nurses).
• Teaching / Training certification (TOT preferred).
• BLS certification.
• Experience working with training institutes or home healthcare providers in the UAE.
