Caregiver Schedules (Day and Overnight)

Option 1

We are hiring flexible part-time with availability for:

• Weekdays plus one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  
  

Option 2

• Weekends plus at least three weekdays (e.g., Mon-Wed-Fri)
  
  

Available Shift Types

• Daytime: 8 AM-5 PM or 8 AM-3 PM
• Overnight: 8PM-8 AM or 9 PM-9 AM (full 12-hour shift)

What You’ll Do

• As a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Companion, you will:
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• Provide companion care and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment
• Follow individualized care plans
• Engage clients in social, cognitive, and enriching activities
• Observe, document, and report changes in condition
• Support seniors with dementia and Alzheimer’s care

Caregiver Qualifications

• Must reside in Indian River County
• Must have a clean, reliable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Experience as a Caregiver, Private Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Resident Assistant, or Companion preferred
• Experience in assisted living or nursing homes strongly valued
• Dementia or Alzheimer’s care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, professional, and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed to dignity, confidentiality, and quality care
