Job Title: Home Health Caregiver

Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Home Health Caregivers who are 25 years of age or older, have a valid North Dakota driver’s license with a clean driving record, and are available for a flexible work schedule, including evenings 3pm to 10pm and shifts past 5:00 PM.

Caregivers will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure a safe and supportive home environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility, as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings (using personal vehicle).
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment.
• Communicate regularly with office staff and report any changes in client condition.

Requirements:

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid North Dakota driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance & Registration.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required — training provided.
• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a compassionate attitude.
