Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (Full Time)

Our team invites you to join our fun, loving, talented crew in the field of Developmental Disability Services. We serve an amazing population of people diagnosed with intellectual/developmental delays throughout the Rogue Valley.

Our company mission is to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of Individuals with Developmental disabilities and empower them to lead a fulfilling life. We have a variety of positions available for continued growth with the company. Our entry-level position as a Direct Support Professional functions similarly to a caregiving role. We support our clients to make healthy decisions, model and encourage functional social behavior, encourage community involvement, assist with activities of daily living and much more.

Each of our residential homes serves between 1-3 individuals. We provide a company vehicle for employees to use during daily activities. We like to stay active and have fun and encourage our clients to participate in a wide range of community activities.

*** Please note that we have residential group homes in Shady Cove, Eagle Point, Medford, and Central Point. Please inquire regarding the location of open positions.***

Minimum Requirements:

1. Pass a criminal background check.

2. Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

3. Be Punctual, reliable, and have integrity

4. Patience and empathy for disabled individuals

5. Ability to follow written care plans

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour

• Are you able to work on the weekends?
• We have homes located throughout the Rogue Valley including Medford, Central Point, Eagle Point, and Shady Cove. Would you be able to reliably commute to any of our homes?
• Do you have a current and valid Driver's License (Yes/No)?
• This position requires a clean driving record. Are you willing to provide a 3-year DMV Non-Employment Driving Record (instructions will be given after phone screening) (Yes/No)?
• This position requires clearing a background check. Can you pass a background check? (Yes/No)
