Caregiver/MedTech

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Assisted Living Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to residents in our assisted living facility, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with individuals who may have varying degrees of physical and cognitive challenges, including those with Alzheimer's and dementia. Your commitment to quality care will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents. Staff are required to work every other weekend & available shifts are as follows:

1st Shift, 6:45am - 3:15pm

3rd Shift, 11pm - 7:30am

Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide medication administration and monitor vital signs as needed.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Assist residents with mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for residents.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices in caregiving.

Requirements

• Familiarity with working with people with dementia is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks as part of maintaining a safe living environment

• We are privately owned and looking for staff to become family with our staff. Owner is on site as administrator
• Knowledge of first aid is a plus
• One free meal with each shift

Pay: $12.75 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
