Caregiver/Medtech/DSP for Intellectually disabled residents

New openings. Caregivers needed for a small ALF in Port Orange.

Looking for a reliable individual who is able to drive a club van.

Looking for second shift only 3pm to 11pm..

Looking for someone who is punctual and reliable.

Weekend availability is a MUST.

Must have one-year supervised experience working in a medical, psychiatric, nursing, or child care setting; be a people person, be available for flexible hours, have clear background screening, and must have HS Diploma or equivalent. Must have reliable transportation and cell phone.

Perform regular light cleaning services such as but not limited to: vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, meal prep, laundry, dishes, dusting, 21and resident needs.

Assist with resident personal hygiene.

Participate with resident activity program.

Assist with resident training sessions.

Prerequisites to hire:
1. Get local background clearance from local county sheriff's office
2. Valid or able to get TB test
3. Get a physical from a provider or PCP stating free of communicable diseases.
4. HIPAA training

Ideal candidates

1. Approved background check

2. Certified First Aid/CPR

3. Current Med tech certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
