PRN Overnight Caregiver / Med Tech

Home2Me, LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Overnight Caregiver/Med Tech to join our team at our personal care home in Slippery Rock, PA.

Shift:

Overnight: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

PRN/As Needed

Opportunity to pick up additional shifts

Responsibilities:

Monitor resident safety and well-being throughout the night

Assist residents with toileting, transfers, and personal care as needed

Complete documentation and charting

Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties

Assist with morning resident care and breakfast preparation

Administer medications (if certified)

Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident needs

Qualifications:

Reliable and dependable attendance

Ability to work independently

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Caregiving, CNA, or Med Tech experience preferred

Must pass required background checks
