River Road Estates, a family-owned 20-bed CBRF Assisted Living facility in Sparta, WI, is looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our team. We take pride in providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive home for individuals of all ages and abilities in our community.

Our ideal candidate is kind, attentive, and resident-focused, with a genuine passion for helping others. We are currently hiring for a full-time night shift (10p-6a) position with every other weekends included.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care tasks/ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
• Performing housekeeping and laundry duties
• Assisting with meal planning and preparation
• Administering medications in accordance with training and regulations
• Monitoring residents’ health and reporting concerns

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• CBRF certifications preferred (we may provide training for the right candidate)
• A positive attitude and caring heart
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• A desire to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives

Experience is a plus but not required—we are happy to train compassionate individuals with the right attitude.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
