To provide authorized tasks to a client who need help with ADLs (Activities of daily living) which may include bathing, dressing, meal preparation,feeding/eating, exercise, grooming (shaving,shaving or oral care), routine hair or skin care, transfer, ambulation, laundry, shopping, and escorting. The schedule is 5days/week schedule (Monday through Friday),
