Job Summary:

We're seeking exceptional and experienced caregivers to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, each with their own unique needs and stories. Your compassion, empathy, and commitment to excellence will be invaluable in helping us deliver the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminder(s)
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and light housekeeping
• Support clients with mobility and cognitive impairments, including transferring, lifting, and repositioning
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team

Requirements:

• 6 months minimum experience with personal care and ADL's is required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients (up to 25 pounds)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
