• Caregivers (Assisted Living & Memory Care)
• Medication Technicians (Med Techs)

As a Caregiver or Medication Technician, you will provide compassionate care and meaningful companionship to our residents in a warm, assisted living setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Offer companionship and emotional support—real connection matters here
• Support mobility and transfering
• Assist with medication reminders and follow individual care plans
• Help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and support during mealtimes
• Participate in meaningful resident engagement and activities
• Provide specialized support to residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia

What You Bring

• Caregiving experience
• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (required)
• High school diploma preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with physical mobility
• Willingness to bend, kneel, and stand as needed
• A compassionate heart and a team-first attitude
