We are urgently seeking caring and dependable caregivers to join our team with immediate interview opportunities and a start date as early as next week. Requirements

• One Year experience in caregiving in a facility or home health Setting
• Clear Criminal History
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Car Insurance
• Reliable transportation to take clients to appointments

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor patients’ health status by observing vital signs and reporting any concerns promptly.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment through regular cleaning and organization tasks.
• Support clients with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices when necessary.
• Document care activities accurately while respecting patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Skills

• Proven experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home settings, or working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, hospice care, and autism support.
• Familiarity with patient observation, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and care planning.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Experience working within HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality and privacy.
