• Your client is approved for Medicaid home care services
• You are willing to transition your client to a new agency

WHAT YOU’LL DO (Same Work, Better Pay)

• Assist your client with daily care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Prepare meals and support daily routines
• Provide companionship and basic care
• Monitor condition and communicate updates
