Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient health status, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, promoting independence and comfort.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
