Caregiving- Open Availability Float Position (Full Time)

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Float position that will be on call every other week with an ongoing schedule the oposite weeks. This role is vital in supporting our agency for any fill in shifts and coverage that may come up. You will be paid for 40hrs of work on the weeks you are on call even though most of the time you will not work a full 40. The weeks you are on your ongoing schedule you will get paid for the hours you work at the same $21 rate. We would love someone who is reliable and dedicated to caregiving.
Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions focused on caregiving techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of caregiving standards and industry best practices.
• Support new employee onboarding through comprehensive training modules.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and development among staff.
• 24/7 On Call every other week, to fill in for uncovered/last minute call off's as they arise.
• Qualifications
• Previous caregiving expirence.
• CNA background is a plus.
• Open availability.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of caregiving procedures, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Ability to develop engaging training materials and programs.
• Compassionate attitude with a commitment to improving patient and caregiver experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
