Job Title: Caretaker – Guest House / Property

Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh
Salary: Up to ₹12,000
Preference: Nepali candidates or people from Delhi NCR preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Caretaker to take care of a guest house/property in Shimla. The role requires managing daily tasks, cooking basic meals, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the property
• Cook basic meals for guests or the owner when needed
• Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, gardening, electricity)
• Ensure the safety and security of the property
• Assist and attend to any guest needs during their stay
• Coordinate for groceries, repairs, or other basic supplies
• Report any major issues or requirements to the property owner

Requirements:

• Prior caretaker or housekeeping experience is a plus
• Basic cooking skills are required
• Honest, responsible, and self-managed
• Physically fit and active
• Willing to live on-site if required
• Preference will be given to Nepali individuals or candidates from Delhi NCR
• Ability to speak Hindi
