Cargo Assistant Officer

Overview

Job Details:

Ensure products are counted accurately and cargo labels are attached correctly before storage or movement.

Plan suitable storage arrangements for goods and prepare picking or movement requests when necessary.

Measure product dimensions and weight and enter all information correctly into the warehouse management system.

Move and arrange goods within the warehouse according to company procedures and safety standards.

Carry out inventory checks and stock verification tasks as instructed by the supervisor.

Coordinate with the Quality team to report issues such as damaged packaging, incorrect products, or barcode problems.

Follow warehouse procedures to support efficient daily operations and maintain a safe working environment.

Assist in organizing stock and maintaining accurate documentation for smooth warehouse workflow.

Ensure proper handling of products to avoid damage during storage, loading, and transportation.

Support general warehouse activities and cooperate with team members to maintain operational efficiency.

Job Experience Requirements

Secondary education diploma is required.

Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Previous experience in warehouse operations, including loading and unloading activities, will be preferred.

Basic to intermediate English knowledge will be considered an advantage.

Experience working with warehouse management systems will be a plus.

Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
