Cargo Officer

Job Description

Ensure accurate counting of items and proper labeling of cargo carriers.
Plan appropriate storage methods for goods and prepare requests for picking or movement as needed.
Measure product dimensions and weight and enter the data accurately into the warehouse system.
Move goods within the warehouse following established procedures and safety guidelines.
Carry out inventory checks as instructed by the direct supervisor.
Coordinate closely with the Quality team to report packaging issues, incorrect items, or barcode errors.
Support smooth warehouse operations by adhering to warehouse processes and maintaining a safe working environment.
Assist in organizing warehouse stock and documentation to maintain efficient workflow.

Job Requirements

Secondary education diploma is required.
Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively within the team.
Previous experience in warehouse operations including loading and unloading is preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS) will be a plus.
